[Feature Request] Bulk adding Roms

Maybe this exists already, but I cannot find it in any of the documentation.

Is there a way to bulk add ROMs for games to the system. The chimera web gui is great but can be tedious if I wanted to add say around 100 games. If not a bulk add feature would be great, where you choose via a table, or even a command line that scrapes a folder with all the roms already in it.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the existing documentation and Chimera web GUI flow for adding ROMs, then determine whether the desired scope is a table-based bulk import or a command-line folder scraper; done should mean adding many games without repeating the current per-game process.
