Description
Discuss and brainstorm what we plan to use for the tech stack in the project. Current thoughts are using Reactjs, which we will also have to use React Native with this for mobile development if that's what we decide to use for the UI. We will need to figure out if and how we want to store user data and how we plan to sync data between calendar platforms ( likely in a database ).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the issue's open questions about React, React Native, user-data storage, and calendar-platform synchronization. This is done when the project has agreed on its frontend, backend, mobile, database, and synchronization technology choices and documented those decisions.
