Description

This ties into and relies upon the chat feature (#20). Users and technicians would have to be given an option to make their chat publicly viewable. Obviously, names should be stripped out and such.

Research direction

Start by reading the chat feature in issue #20 and determine how chat visibility and participant identity are currently represented. Clarify the privacy and anonymization requirements before locating the relevant implementation. Done means technicians can opt into public viewing while user and technician names are removed.
