Description

### 🥰 Feature Description

This feature request aims to address the limitations of the current export/import functionality, which is only available through a comprehensive settings backup. The goal is to enable the export and import of individual chats directly from the chat settings.

Currently, the export/import feature is tied to the settings backup, which includes all data. This request proposes a more focused option to export/import specific chats directly from the chat settings, allowing users to manage their chat data more selectively.

### Example of Proposed Placement

Below are examples of where the export/import option could be integrated within the chat settings:

### 🧐 Proposed Solution

The proposed solution is to add an export/import option within the chat settings. This feature would allow users to select specific chats to export or import, providing greater flexibility and control over their data.

> [!NOTE]
> This proposed and implemented a similar feature in an [`my old repository`](https://github.com/H0llyW00dzZ/ChatGPT-Next-Web), which is now archived because I don't have time to maintain it.

### 📝 Additional Information

- **User Benefits**: This feature would benefit users who need to transfer specific chat data without affecting other settings.
- **Implementation Considerations**: Ensure that the export/import process is secure and user-friendly.
- **Potential Challenges**: Consider data compatibility and privacy concerns during the implementation process.
