[Bug] Cloudflare CAPTCHA appears when using GPT-4 model in ChatGPTNextWeb

### Bug Description

When attempting to make a query using the GPT-4 model in the ChatGPTNextWeb desktop application, a Cloudflare CAPTCHA appears, preventing access to the service. This issue persists despite attempts to use various VPNs and proxies.

### Steps to Reproduce

Open ChatGPTNextWeb desktop application
Select GPT-4 model
Attempt to make a query
Observe Cloudflare CAPTCHA appearing, blocking access

### Expected Behavior

The application should allow queries to be sent to ChatGPT using the GPT-4 model without presenting a Cloudflare CAPTCHA or other access restrictions.
