[Feature Request]: Add a network setting of proxy, which let user to choose the HTTP or SOCKS5

### Problem Description

On Windows, it is not possible to specify whether to use an HTTP or SOCKS system proxy. The HTTP protocol often experiences lag and becomes unusable.

### Solution Description

Please add a network setting that allows users to choose whether to use SOCKS or HTTP. This will better accommodate the needs of users who use HTTP and SOCKS proxies separately.
