[Feature Request]: Add more environment variable options

### Problem Description

I am not able to set defaults for Temperature, tokens, mask splash screen, font size, etc.

### Solution Description

I would like all of the options in the settings to be configurable with default values using environment variables.

### Alternatives Considered

Currently, each user has to go in and manually set everything.
