[Bug] ios使用gpt4-turbo无法上传相册中的照片

### Bug Description

ios使用gpt4-turbo模型时，选择相册中手机拍摄的照片后，编辑框中的图片预览显示为空。选择截图或者文件中jpg格式图片可以正常。怀疑可能是图片格式位HEIC的原因。

### Steps to Reproduce

1. ios中打开PWA的nextchat
2. 新建gpt4-turbo模型对话
3. 选择相册中手机拍摄的照片后
4. 编辑框中的图片预览显示为空

### Expected Behavior

能正常显示和发送iOS中从相册上传的拍摄的照片，格式可能为HECI。
