[Feature Request]: tags or channels

### Problem Description

Currently all chats are in one long list. Most people have a few various areas they chat about - eg health, development, productivity etc.

### Solution Description

Have a set of tags you can add/remove in a tray. Any new conversations get those selected tags assigned to them. The tags can also be used to filter chats.

Failing this, could have 'folders' in the left panel. Any new chats are added to the currently selected folder.
