[Feature Request]: run sync automatically

### Problem Description

I'm always frustrated when I had to open setting and click "sync" on different devices.

### Solution Description

When sync is configured, run sync automatically.

A few triggers I could think of:

- when the page loads
- when the window/tab is focused again
- when chat unfocused
