[Bug] EDIT WINDOW ✏️ font size not affected by settings/font size

My prior ticket was closed, with the actual issue misunderstood - see screen shot.

When I click edit on a prompt the font is too small to read/ EDIT WINDOW ✏️ font is NOT affected by settings/font size

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Settings/Font Size changes the EDIT WINDOW font size.

Start by reproducing the issue through the edit control above a prior chat, then locate the edit window and the Settings/Font Size behavior.
