[Feature] Ability to configure pause size and page height

I currently use a different module to change the height but there is no way to make the size different - it would just be nice to have it sit on the screen where I want and be like half the size it is by default

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the module that controls the pause display and its default dimensions; done means users can configure the pause size and page height so the display can be positioned as desired and reduced from its default.
