Chart label on axis X on top and bottom

In this chart, i need to set a label for the days on bottom, with a lot of entry points, and on top, i need to set the month.

Further more, the month should stuck when scrolling, until the next month overlap it

Is it even possible?

Start by reproducing the chart described in the issue and inspect the existing axis-label configuration used for the many entry points. Done means the chart can show day labels at the bottom, month labels at the top, and keep the current month label in place until the next month overlaps it.
