line chart rotation or scatter plot drawing

I was trying to build a LineChart and I did, but I don't know how to rotate it, because I have Y values increasing and X is a result, not opposite.

Is there any way to make Y axis primary or maybe you can explain how I can draw a line in scatter plot??
