Multiple barchart.. Values more than 4 is not arranged under given year

In multiple bar charts, i have to show 9 bars per group. But if the number of bars count increases beyond four, the bars exceeds the group. Some one please help me on this. And also i have to five a separate name as string type for every groups displayed.
