Add other ways to scan

There are many ways to scan a network start a list of cli options

This should be easy done just need a thing to run the command and process the results

Start by locating the existing CLI scan command and the code that processes its results. List the additional scan options to support, then verify that each command runs and its output is handled consistently. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so the project structure must be mapped first.
