[Storage] Add sorting in API keys view

It will be nice to have the ability to sort in this view

**Describe the solution you'd like**
At least be able to sort by **Created at** column and maybe by **Type** column as well.

**Additional context**
Table to add the sort:

Start with the Storage API keys view and locate the table shown in the issue. Add sorting for the Created at column and, if supported by the existing table behavior, the Type column; done means both columns visibly sort their rows in the view.
