[Storage] Add language module to be able to support several languages

It will be nice to support other languages in Storage besides English

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add the same languages that we have in Files or start with Spanish/French/English

**Technical Requirements**
- [ ] Add all necessary translation files
- [ ] Add a language picker in the settings menu
- [ ] Tests that language is switched (See similar tests on the Files side
