Show client diversity percentage

## Story
As an Ethereum cheerleader
I want to view client diversity percentages
So that I monitor that no client has more than a 2/3 share and ideally less than a 1/3 share

## Background
A client with a 2/3rds majority is a [really big problem because of the potential for those clients to finalise on an incorrect fork](https://www.symphonious.net/2021/09/23/what-happens-if-beacon-chain-consensus-fails/)
