No data on mesh inclusion/churn sum by topic grafana panel

### Describe the bug

Due to https://github.com/ChainSafe/js-libp2p-gossipsub/pull/460 this panel shows no data:

I failed to aggregate data based on `gossipsub_mesh_peer_inclusion_events_${reason}_total` or `gossipsub_peer_churn_events_${reason}_total`. The easiest way is to create the aggregated `gossipsub_mesh_peer_inclusion_events_total` like earlier in gossipsub
