Description
We need to add charts for:
- [x] VC host #5061
- [ ] VC DB metrics - currently in vm dashboard
- [x] VC sign times
- [x] VC client metrics including fallback usage - tracked but not in any dashboard yet
Plus add metrics for
- [ ] slashing protection checks timings
