Description
The old json representation of message:
https://github.com/ChainSafe/forest/blob/2b958ad35e7e4649dbbf88af9e3beade571b2d99/src/json/message.rs
I ported it in #3345, noting some ambiguities/possible errors
We should actually get lotus' output, and see what it does.
