Description

Hi.
I came from this topic.
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/cesium-dev/9IvH5wGY51s

I'm developing an Android App. And testing on few devices.
Two of my devices has problems.
HUAWEI MediaPad M5 (Android 9)
HUAWEI MediaPad T5 (Android 8)
When creating an entity, setting the heightReference to 'RELATIVE_TO_GROUND'.
The entity seems to be under the surface. And for some reason the normals looks flipped.
Please look at the screenshots I post at the other topic.

For me only the HUAWEIs have this issue. Especially, if someone has a HUAWEI please check this Sandcastle.

Research direction

Start with the Geometry Height Reference Sandcastle linked in the issue and reproduce the RELATIVE_TO_GROUND case on the HUAWEI MediaPad M5 and T5. Compare the rendering with other devices, focusing on entities appearing below the surface and flipped normals. Done means the affected devices render these entities at the correct relative height with correct normals.
