Description

I've modified the CZML Path Sandcastle example to:
1) Add a model, clamped to the ground under the path.
2) Clamp the billboard to the ground.

This demonstrates a couple problems with models that are both clamped to the ground and that have a distance display condition:

1) The bounding sphere of an entity is computed from the model's `_clampedModelMatrix` when the entity has a model. But the `_clampedModelMatrix` is only updated if the `distanceDisplayCondition` passes. As a result, the entity's bounding sphere includes the _old_ position of the model when the model is not displayed. This is why when you zoom out in my example, the billboard seems to fly away from the center of the screen.
2) The `distanceDisplayCondition` is evaluated based on the _unclamped_ position of the model, so depending on the terrain height it may not be accurate at all.

I think the solution to both problems is to update the `_clampedModelMatrix` every frame even when the `distanceDisplayCondition` fails, but I'm not sure. That will definitely have a performance cost for common the use-case where you want to show lots of entities with billboards until the user zooms in close to one, and then show a model.

Also, there's a bonus problem shown by the example that is unrelated to the `distanceDisplayCondition`:
3) The model jitters around for some reason.
