Description
From offline conversations, I've gotten the impression that almost all users of 3D Tiles point clouds are going to want point attenuation and eye dome lighting turned on, so wouldn't it be a good idea to make them on by default? I don't think new users would think such options even exist if they aren't enabled to begin with.
