ClassificationPrimitives do not render in CV/2D

1. Go to the Classification Sandcastle example: http://localhost:8080/Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=Classification.html&label=Showcases
2. Switch to Columbus view or 2D.
3. Click the highlight trees button

The classification isn't rendered. Somehow the tests are passing in master.

Start with the Classification Sandcastle example at Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=Classification.html, reproduce the issue in Columbus view and 2D, and inspect the highlight trees interaction. Compare those results with 3D and with the existing tests that pass in master. Done means classification primitives render after the highlight trees button is clicked in both affected views.
