Description
Seurat - from Google - is precomputed visibility from a cube resulting in a textured mesh. They used it to _extract_ Google Earth scenes for mobile VR rendering.
If the format is published (glTF!?!?!), it could be interesting to support.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked Google article, YouTube introduction, and Twitter thread to understand Seurat's precomputed visibility and textured-mesh output. Check whether the format has been published, especially the glTF possibility, then document whether Cesium can support it and what scope would be required.
