Description

For the [GeoJSON custom styling](http://cesiumjs.org/Cesium/Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=GeoJSON%20and%20TopoJSON.html&label=DataSources) sandcastle demo, the polygons are bright and happy in 3D:

But are much darker in 2D and CV:

I wouldn't expect there to be such a big difference
