Description

1. Open up http://cesiumjs.org/Cesium/Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=3D%20Models%20Coloring.html&label=Showcases
2. Add the option `orderIndependentTranslucency: false,` to Viewer and run the exmaple
3. Move the transparency slider

Reproduce the issue in the Cesium Sandcastle 3D Models Coloring example using the Viewer option orderIndependentTranslucency: false, then move the transparency slider and compare the behavior in IE or with OIT disabled. Done means model transparency responds correctly when the slider is moved in the reported configuration.
