Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) After pressing the Home view button, zoom into Mexico so that Mexico takes up most of your screen space.
2) Middle-click and drag upwards to lower your camera angle so that you can see both the ground and space.
3) Middle-click and drag rightwards until due east is now upwards and north is leftwards.
4) Left-click as far east as you can while still clicking the globe, and hold down the mouse button.
5) Drag upwards so that your mouse goes off the globe and onto space. At this point, your controls behave as if the camera is oriented north/south, even though you are facing east. Continuing to drag upwards moves the camera south, while dragging rightwards moves the camera west (or spins the globe east).

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the interaction sequence around Mexico, especially dragging outside the globe after rotating the camera east, then trace the globe camera and mouse-drag handling; done means continued dragging preserves the camera's rotated orientation.
