Description
### What happened?
The i3S service for the fine model published by ArcGIS loads and displays without problems on the ArcGIS platform, but displays texture errors on the Cesium platform.
For some areas of the model, the texture appears distorted when viewed from a distance, but returns to normal when zoomed in.

So I'd like to ask what caused this and if there's a solution?
Thank you.

Research direction
No source file, test, Sandcastle example, or environment is provided. Start by reproducing the ArcGIS-published i3S service at multiple camera distances and collecting the missing CesiumJS, browser, and operating-system details; done means identifying the texture-rendering cause and verifying a fix against the reported behavior.
