Description
### What happened?
Hi,every one,
This type of image is a memory snapshot, showing the performance measure instance from the first time in the morning to the second time in the evening, increasing by about 100Mb, ultimately causing the browser page to crash.
I haven't used any performance related APIs in my business code. Is it possible that it's the built-in watchdog in cesiumjs that keeps creating instances?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the memory growth with a CesiumJS Sandcastle example and browser memory snapshots, then determine whether CesiumJS creates the accumulating PerformanceMeasure instances. The issue provides no source file, test, browser, version, operating system, or reproduction; done would require a confirmed cause and evidence that the page no longer accumulates these instances.
