Full motion video support (FMV)

Plugin for Cesium which allows to analyze videos inside the Cesium environment.

Full motion video (FMV) synchronizes videos with maps. As you play a video, the dot on the map moves where the video was taken.
When you see the track where the aircraft flew, it doesn’t show just a moving point. Instead, it shows the whole footprint of where the video represents on the map.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing Cesium's plugin architecture and existing map and video capabilities, then determine where synchronized playback and the video footprint would belong. Done criteria and implementation scope would need to be established before work can begin.
