I've ran into a weird issue where an old version of `clam.js` was being used preventing me from creating a project. This was fixed by clearing the cache. Ideally some hash or whatever should be added to those calls so the current version will be retrieved from the server.

Start by locating the browser-side calls that load clam.js and inspect how its URL is generated. Confirm the cache behavior described in the issue, then verify that a newly served version is retrieved without manually clearing the browser cache.
