Description
When processing CHAT (with postcodes), sometimes double XSID codes occur. This happens in STAP_022 provided by Margo Zwitserlood.

Research direction
Use STAP_022 as the reproduction case and inspect the CHAT processing path for transcripts with postcodes. Trace when the duplicate XSID codes are produced and determine the expected single-code result. Done when the issue is reproducible, the cause is addressed, and the STAP_022 case no longer produces double XSID codes.
