Description
Instead of building Docker images on the server, we should build them as part of a GitHub workflow and push them to the GitHub Container Registry. [Humitier has a workflow](https://github.com/CentreForDigitalHumanities/humitifier/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-images.yaml) in place that does just that.
