Add option to reset participation

Currently when a student participated in any survey they aren't able to participate again. This is by design. However, during testing this is rather inconvenient because rubbish participant entries needed to be added and they will persist. When the participant's survey would be recorded, it would be possible to add an option to a survey to clear only the participants which partook in a survey.
