Margin and positioning of radio buttons in upload form is off

The radio buttons have a little dent at the left, where the button appears to be slightly covered by a white margin. In addition, the label isn't nicely vertically aligned with the radio button.

This is not easy to fix, as we have completely followed Bootstrap's boilerplate conventions. So fixing this would require a lot of CSS fiddling.
