Clickable stats don't 'remember' stat-filters

When clicking on a stat, it will redirect you to a page filtered on only the stat. If the user had a filter enabled on the stats themselves, it is forgotten. Thus the user gets a list with more items than expected

Reproduce the issue by enabling a stat filter, clicking a stat, and comparing the resulting list with the expected filtered items. Trace the clickable-stat redirect and the destination's filter handling; done means the existing stat filters remain applied and the result no longer includes unexpected items.
