Description

Currently the error `InvalidDateException{message: 'Month 6032 doesn't have a day -99'}` is thrown when converting `"January 1st, 0"` to/from Julian days. Because the client doesn't need such low dates this bug will be left unresolved.

No files or tests are named, and the issue explicitly says the bug will remain unresolved, so the expected behavior and completion criteria need clarification before work can begin.
