Map looks weird in some zoom/pan windows

If you view the "map of locations" visualisation, and pan to the antimeridian, a slice of Asia is not filled. Screenshot below:

Does not happen at every zoom level but I can reproduce it reliably.

This is low-priority at the moment because the only corpus with the map visualisation does not have any data in this region.

Start by reproducing the issue in the “map of locations” visualisation on version 5.24.0, panning to the antimeridian and trying the zoom levels where the Asia slice is missing. Trace the map rendering entry point from there. Done means the slice is filled consistently across the affected pan and zoom windows.
