Description
Followup to #1629: hide the palette when it is not applicable, as with the MapView, and clean up the conditions used in VisualizationFooterComponent html.
Should be based on both the currently used `freqtable` toggle and the `visualizationType`.
Check if we should hide only the palette, or the entire VisualizationFooterComponent.

Research direction
Start with the VisualizationFooterComponent HTML and compare its palette visibility with the MapView behavior and follow-up issue #1629. Trace how the freqtable toggle and visualizationType are available there, then confirm whether the palette or the entire footer should be hidden and verify both cases in the visualization UI.
