Description
Add a page where users can see an update feed announcing:
- New releases
- New corpora being added
This adds some transparency to users, and also emphasises that I-analyzer is actively developed.
Release announcements could be generated automatically from `https://github.com/UUDigitalHumanitieslab/I-analyzer/releases.atom` (if the repository is public). Announcements about new corpora would need to be added manually, but we could suggest making an announcement when setting the visibility of a corpus to "public".
