Description
The `annotated-text` plugin for Elasticsearch is required according to the readme. The code may rely on it as well, not sure. We dropped that requirement in Textcavator [5.16](https://github.com/CentreForDigitalHumanities/Textcavator/releases/tag/5.16.0), so it shouldn't be required here either.

Research direction
Start with the README's annotated-text plugin requirement, then inspect the Elasticsearch-related code to determine whether it relies on that plugin. Compare the setup with Textcavator 5.16; done means the plugin is no longer required here and the README and code consistently reflect that.
