Description
My name is Chet Dobson. I maintain various collections of Images, Videos and Pictures of my life online. Each of my things can be found by going to https://my.stuff.online/chet-dobson/{filename}.{format}.
I failed to store the information required to describe these files, even things like a simple label and description. I am interested in using Web Annotation to help myself along, but hardly know enough. I found that RERUM eliminates the need for a server and API and is a system geared for Web Annotation.
I would like to see how I could use RERUM to provide descriptive information for my files. How can I make a Web Annotation that simply provides a label for one of my files?

Research direction
Start by reading issue #9 and the RERUM Playground's existing Web Annotation examples or entry points. Determine how an annotation targets the provided file URL and how a label is represented; done means documenting a minimal working annotation for one file.
