Cross Referencing Glosses

Sometimes Glosses are derivatives or relatives of other Glosses, even though they are separately distinct with their own unique IRI. Further still, sometimes this relationship can be "Gloss A is the same as Gloss B".

Can we offer a way for scholars to cross reference Glosses, and then expose those cross references?

No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned in the issue. Start by locating how Glosses are stored and exposed, then determine how distinct Glosses can represent derivative, related, or same-as relationships. Done means scholars can create cross references and users can see them.
