Required vs. Optional Data Entry Fields

In some scenarios, certain basic information is required to continue. The developers are not sure what those fields are and have not yet implemented "Required Field" UI queues or functionality. The Lived Religion project team is putting a list of them together. The developers should prepare a `checkAllRequiredFields()` helper function for forms, and some method by which it functions (checks against a class or attribute or white list or something).
