Missing bits from 2.8 that are in TPEN

This is for the list. The important items can be individually ticketed.

- Help documentation and buttons
- #saveReport with the past save times
- "Last edit by" disappeared
- selecting XML tags doesn't input them?
- wrapping XML tags doesn't work
- CTRL + ALT/SHIFT line zoom is gone
- ALT + HOME/END to move to top/bottom of page
- hold CTRL to remove all the decorations on the images
- linebreaking makes no use of leftovers variable or break string
- switchboard (good to leave behind IMHO)
- automatic parsing
- project endpoints don't reveal the schema, if attached
- notes in transcription
- upload images is buried on project.jsp (can we kill it?)
- transcription and parsing history (this might be a big one)
- preview doesn't seem to have highlighting for tags, if they exist
- Archive IPR agreements to be accepted on first load are not checked for
- Archive modification alerts (Manuscripts tab for admins on about.jsp)
- restricted manuscripts and manuscript controllers
