When I register for an account with an E-mail address I have used before, I get the E-mail with the Welcome Message and a new password. That password worked to log me back in.

When I register for an account with an E-mail address I have used before, I get the E-mail with the Welcome Message and a new password. That password worked to log me back in.
This is an easy way to hack and get access to someone's account. Not necessarily a problem from this branch, but we can't go to prod with that. I propose we fix it here
