Page Turn/Select

We believe users have the ability to load a specific page by providing a URL parameter already.

We would like to tie a little UI into that functionality. The user should be able to select a page or have a way to turn pages. An easy first implementation would be to add the URL parameter to the address bar when the users chooses and reload the page.

If we want to use the natural OSD page turn, our marginalia UI would have to page turn with it.
